Katherine + Scott = love…so it’s a good thing they are getting married in Charleston this June! I can. not. wait. for their wedding! In the book of Allison, anything Charleston is automatically awesome. We spent this past weekend in the beautiful Charlotte weather at Latta Plantation Nature Reserve. These two are Clemson alum, so the eye of the tiger must have brought us together. Katherine’s beautiful, radiant smile is so contagious! Scott is hilarious, even though I don’t think that he knows it. Together they are adorable and a lot of fun. Check out her really cool engagement ring towards the end!! Katherine & Scott, I look forward to seeing you again in Charleston!!!!

I’m obsessed with these pretty succulents that grace the shelves of my office! They are really easy to maintain, however I let my first succulent pass away and go to succulent heaven. So then I got these three. I have the hardest time taking care of plants, it’s just not my gift. I have the opposite of a green thumb…so a magenta thumb?
I captured these little guys on a film camera! Film is my new lover (don’t tell my husband). I’ve done a few sessions mixing film and digital over the winter months.…the raw beauty of the images can’t be beat.
With an amazing engagement session this past weekend, I kicked off the wedding season!! Can’t wait to see what the next few months bring…hopefully my succulents make it through.
