Inspired. Blessed. Motivated.
I am feeling SO amazing returning from Jen Huang’s Workshop in New York City! I spent two days getting to know some talented photographers, leading industry vendors, and of course, Jen. I’m bursting with excitement to see the images that I captured on film and to apply all my new knowledge to my work and business!

During a recent trip to California, I took some time to shoot around and soak up the California sun with my sister. As California is home of most of my childhood, a piece of my heart will always belong in the city by the bay. The rest of my childhood is in Sydney Australia, but that’s for a different post. My sister has been a great model for me during my photography journey, and I thank her for the patience she had with me while I tried some new things with my film camera. My sister is a selfless, intelligent, and beautiful women, and I am so blessed to have her as family :)
I am thrilled with the yummy pops of colors amongst the soft backgrounds :) Film… Fuji 400h & Portra 160….a few digital as well.
Today I’m off to New York City for Jen Huang’s Workshop!! I can’t wait to meet and learn from this incredibly talented women!!!

Words that are fitting for Natalie and Derek. Their love is so great, that it makes me feel incredibly blessed to be a part of their wedding day. They make me want to love everybody around me a little more. I had the chance to spend the day in Charleston with them as we shot their engagement photos at the beach and Cypress Gardens, where movies like The Notebook were filmed :)
I could barely keep up with these two as they so naturally fall into each other creating so many opportunies for me to capture their amazing love for each other. They are a romantic, beautiful couple. I can.not.wait. for their wedding this year!
